-in the west of Tiananmen Square, Great Hall of the People and Forbidden City nestles an awe-inspiring structural design, the National Center for the Performing Arts. This opera house is colloquially characterized as The Egg. The structure is combined with futuristic design and state-of-the-art facilities in which it is divided into three major performance halls, the Opera Hall, Music Hall and Theater Hall. National Center for the Performing Arts is constructed on December 2001 and designed by French architect Paul Andreu. When viewed above, the dome is said to resemble like an egg floating on water. It measures 46 meters high, 212 meters in east-west direction and 144 meters in north to south direction.

Each section illustrates magnificence and luxuriousness.

This massive sports center stretches 60,000 square meters that consists of ultra-massive entertainment center, guesthouse, tennis club, children park facilities and many more. Yizhong Sports Center can accommodate around 62,000 people and it was constructed in 1997. The center is used also as a venue for soccer or football matches.
